The Children of Fakhr al Din al Razi and Ghengiz Khan.

Fakhr al din al Razi married his daughter to علاء الملك العلوي who was vizer of Khwarezm Shah. When Ghenghis became victorious against Khwarezm Shah and his army علاء الملك العلوي went to Ghenghis and became one of his specials. He asked Ghenghis to give Aman to the family of Fakhr al din when they reach Herat (City in present day Afghanistan).
When the army of Ghenghis reached Herat they announced the children of al Razi are saved, they should remain in palace. They started killing people, the family of Fakhr ud din was in the palace (which was gifted to al Razi by Khwarzem Shah) and there were many including fuqaha and others who took shelter in that palace. But when the army reached the palace they killed all the people apart from the family of al Raazi. They took them to Samarqand where Ghenghis was staying.
