The aqeeda of Idolaters.

فإنهم لا يقولون بوجود إلهين واجبي الوجود ولا يصفون الأوثان بصفات الإلهية وإن أطلقوا عليها اسم الآلهة بل اتخذوها على أنها تماثيل الأنبياء أو الزهاد أو الملائكة أو الكواكب واشتغلوا بتعظيمها على وجه العبادة توصلا بها إلى ما هو إله حقيقة
They did not believe that there are two main Gods neither they believed that the idols have divine powers. They did call them gods for the namesake, rather they made them on the portrayals of Prophets, Righteous, Angels and Stars. And venerate them by worshiping so that they may reach the real God.
