When Alaud din Khalji crushed Mongols in their second invasion. (Sehwan, Sindh, Pakistan).
Indian Historian Kishore Saran Lal (1920-2002) said:
“Sultan Alauddin was confronted with a foreign invasion. Saldi (Sogedei) a Mughal (Mongol) chief had invaded the north west and occupied the fort of Sivistan (Modern day Sehwan, Pakistan). Zafar Khan was appointed (by Alauddin) to lead an army against him. The brave warrior defeated the Mughals (Mongols) and sent many of them (including General Sogedei and his brother) as prisoners to Delhi (in front of Sultan Alauddin).”
