First Jumah Khutbah full of Tawheed after Bayt al Maqdas was liberated. It was an eye opening far from innovations.
Salah ud din appointed Qadhi Muhi ud din bin al Zaki to give Friday Sermon.
Ibn Kathhir said:
وقد أورد الشيخ أبو شامة الخطبة في (الروضتين) بطولها وكان أول ما قال: {فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ} [الأنعام: 45] .
ثم أورد تحميدات القرآن كلها، ثم قال: الحمد لله معز الإسلام بنصره، ومذل الشرك بقهره، ومصرف الأمور بأمره، ومزيد النعم بشكره، ومستدرج الكافرين بمكره، الذي قدر الأيام دولا بعدله، وجعل العاقبة للمتقين بفضله، وأفاض على العباد من طله وهطله، وأظهر دينه على الدين كله، القاهر فوق عباده فلا يمانع، والظاهر على خليقته فلا ينازع، والآمر بما يشاء فلا يراجع، والحاكم بما يريد فلا يدافع.
أحمده على إظفاره وإظهاره، وإعزازه لأوليائه ونصرة أنصاره، ومطهر بيت المقدس من أدناس الشرك وأوضاره، حمد من استشعر الحمد باطن سره وظاهر أجهاره.
وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له الأحد الصمد، الذي لم يلد ولم يولد، ولم يكن له كفوا أحد، شهادة من طهر بالتوحيد قلبه، وأرضى به ربه، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله رافع الشكر وداحض الشرك، ورافض الإفك، الذي أسري به من المسجد الحرام إلى هذا المسجد الأقصى، وعرج به منه إلى السموات العلى، إلى سدرة المنتهى عندها جنة المأوى، ما زاغ البصر وما طغى.
وعلى خليفته الصديق السابق إلى الإيمان، وعلى أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب أول من رفع عن هذا البيت شعار الصلبان، وعلى أمير المؤمنين عثمان بن عفان ذي النورين جامع القرآن، وعلى أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب مزلزل الشرك، ومكسر الأصنام، وعلى آله وأصحابه والتابعين لهم بإحسان.
ثم ذكر الموعظة وهي مشتملة على تغبيط الحاضرين بما يسّره الله على أيديهم من فتح بيت المقدس، الذي من شأنه كذا وكذا، فذكر فضائله ومآثره، وأنه أول القبلتين، وثاني المسجدين، وثالث الحرمين.
لا تشد الرحال بعد المسجدين إلا إليه، ولا تعقد الخناصر بعد الموطنين إلا عليه، وإليه أسري برسول الله ﷺ من المسجد الحرام، وصلى فيه بالأنبياء والرسل الكرام، ومنه كان المعراج إلى السموات، ثم عاد إليه ثم سار منه إلى المسجد الحرام على البراق، وهو أرض المحشر والمنشر يوم التلاق، وهو مقر الأنبياء ومقصد الأولياء، وقد أسس على التقوى من أول يوم.
Abu Shama mentioned this full sermon in الروضتين, He (Qadhi Muhi ul Din) started it with (thhe verse) “So the people that committed wrong were eliminated. And praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.” [al An’am verse 45]
Then he mentioned all the Tamheedat of Qur`an and said: All praise to be Allah who strengthen Islam with His help, Who humiliates shirk by his Dominance, Who by His order run the things, Gives more blessings by his shukr… Who overpowered his religion over all the other religions, He is dominant over his slaves with no obstacle, He is al Zaahir over his creation who cannot be disputed, He orders with His will.. He is al Haakim who can’t be prevented.
I Praise him due to His giving victory and success and helping his auliya and ansaar. He is the one who purified Bayt al Maqdas from Shirk and its harm…
I testify that there is not god but Allah alone who has no Partners who is Alone and the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent.
This is a shahadah of the one who purified his heart with Tawheed.. I testify that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His slave and Messenger who lifted Shukr and eliminated shirk.. Who was brought from Masjid al Haram to THIS Masjid al Aqsa in Israa, And from here He was brought to the heavens and to Sidratul Munataha where shades of Jannah are, whose eyes were not tired neither went overwhelmed.
And may Allah gave Ihsan upon Caliph Siddique who is Sabiq al Iman, And upon Ameer ul Momineen Umar bin al Khattab who was the first to prevent cross from this house (of Allah), And upon Uthman bin Affan Dhun Nurain who was Jam`e al Qur`an and upon Ameer ul Momineen Ali bin abi Talib the destroyer of Shirk and who broke the idols, And upon his household and his companions and Tabiyeen.
Then he gave the sermon which includes delighting those who were present that Allah has given them taufeeq to Liberate Bayt al Maqdas and its virtues are this and this and mentioned its virtues that its first Qibla, second of masjid and third Haramayn.
Travel is only done to this masjid only after the two masajid… Prophet peace be upin him lead the prayer to Anbiya and Rusul in this masjid, and from it Miraaj to the heavens happened, and then He came back and went to Masjid al Haram on Buraaq…
